TikTok Sound API questions
Where do I find a TikTok sound ID?
Every post includes its sound with an id, and the number at the end of a sound’s link on TikTok is the same ID.
Can I list the posts using this audio from the sound details response?
Sound details describe one audio entry, including its identity and available metadata. To research adoption, send the same soundId to Sound Videos and collect the posts using that entry. Keep the sound ID when comparing observations so similarly named audio tracks are not accidentally combined.
How do I use the TikTok Sound API?
Send a POST request to https://api.bridgly.app/tiktok/get-sound with soundId in the JSON body and your API key in the Authorization header. In the TypeScript SDK, call client.tiktok.getSound(). AI agents connected to Bridgly over MCP can call the tiktok_get_sound tool.
How much does the TikTok Sound API cost?
Costs 1 credit per request. Credits cost $2.00 per 1,000 on pay-as-you-go and as low as $1.00 per 1,000 at volume. New accounts on a business email start with 100 free credits, and failed requests are never charged.
