LinkedIn Post Comments API questions

How do I get the comments on a LinkedIn post with an API?

Send the post’s activityUrn, urn:li:activity:<id>, where the id is the long number after "activity" in the post’s link. Each comment comes back with its text, author name, time posted and like and reply counts.

How do I get all the comments on a LinkedIn post?

Each call returns up to 100 comments, set with count. Set start to the number you already have, 100, then 200 and so on, until no more come back. You pay 1 credit for each comment returned.

Can I analyze what people say under a LinkedIn post?

Yes. The comment text comes back as plain JSON, ready for sentiment or topic analysis of the reaction to a launch, an announcement or a competitor’s post.

How do I use the LinkedIn Post Comments API?

Send a POST request to https://api.bridgly.app/linkedin/get-activity-comments with activityUrn in the JSON body and your API key in the Authorization header.
