Twitter Followers API questions
How do I export a Twitter account’s followers?
Get the account’s numeric user ID from the Twitter User API and send it as userId. Page through the list with the cursor in each response; every follower comes with handle, display name, bio, location and follower and following counts.
How much does it cost to export 10,000 followers?
Followers are billed at 1 credit each, so 10,000 followers is 10,000 credits. Requests that fail cost nothing.
Can I analyze a competitor’s audience on X?
Yes. Pull their followers and look at bios, locations and follower counts to see who they reach and which followers have large audiences of their own.
How do I get a full list of someone’s Twitter followers?
Each call returns a page of usually 50 to 70 followers and a nextCursor. Send it back as cursor to get the next page; it is null once you reach the end of the list.
How do I use the Twitter Followers API?
Send a POST request to https://api.bridgly.app/x/get-followers with userId in the JSON body and your API key in the Authorization header. In the TypeScript SDK, call client.x.getFollowers(). AI agents connected to Bridgly over MCP can call the x_get_followers tool.
How much does the Twitter Followers API cost?
Costs 1 credit per result returned, with a minimum of 1 credit per request. Credits cost $2.00 per 1,000 on pay-as-you-go and as low as $1.00 per 1,000 at volume. New accounts on a business email start with 100 free credits, and failed requests are never charged.
