Twitter Replies API questions

How do I get the replies a Twitter user has posted?

Get the account’s numeric user ID from the Twitter User API and send it as userId. Each reply comes back with its text, the tweet it answers, timestamp and engagement counts, about 20 per call.

Why look at someone’s replies?

Replies show who an account talks to and what it argues about, which its own tweets often do not. That helps when vetting creators or finding prospects already discussing your space.

How do I get more of a user’s replies?

Each call returns about 20 replies and a nextCursor. Send it back as cursor to get the next page; it is null once there are no older replies.

How do I use the Twitter Replies API?

Send a POST request to https://api.bridgly.app/x/get-user-replies with userId in the JSON body and your API key in the Authorization header. In the TypeScript SDK, call client.x.getUserReplies(). AI agents connected to Bridgly over MCP can call the x_get_user_replies tool.

How much does the Twitter Replies API cost?

Costs 1 credit per result returned, with a minimum of 1 credit per request. Credits cost $2.00 per 1,000 on pay-as-you-go and as low as $1.00 per 1,000 at volume. New accounts on a business email start with 100 free credits, and failed requests are never charged.
