What is the Tweet Viewer?

Opening a tweet link without an X account often shows a login prompt instead of the conversation. This viewer loads the post from its link and shows the text, the author, and the exact counts of likes, reposts, quotes, replies, bookmarks and views.

The replies under the post are listed below it, each with its own author and numbers, so you can read the conversation and not only the post that started it.

What people use it for

Read a shared link

Open a tweet someone sent you and read the replies, even if you have no X account.

Measure a post

Get the exact view, bookmark and quote counts of a post rather than the rounded numbers X displays.

Archive a conversation

Save a post and its replies as structured data before it is edited or deleted.

[ API ]

/x/get-tweet-detail

curl -X POST "https://api.bridgly.app/x/get-tweet-detail" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $BRIDGLY_KEY" \

}'

Tweet Viewer FAQ

How can I view a tweet without logging in?

Paste the link of the post at the top of this page and press View tweet. The post, its engagement numbers and its replies are shown with no X login.

Can I see the replies to a tweet?

Yes. The replies under the post are listed below it, each with its author and its own like and reply counts.

Does it work with twitter.com links?

Yes. Both x.com and twitter.com links work, and so does the numeric ID of the post on its own.

Can it show deleted tweets?

No. A post that has been deleted, or that belongs to a protected or suspended account, cannot be loaded.

Is the Tweet Viewer free?

Yes. The Tweet Viewer is free to use with no sign-up, no credit card and no browser extension to install. You only complete a quick check that you are human.

Is there a limit on how many times I can use it?

Each free tool allows a handful of runs per hour and per day from the same network, which keeps it fast for everyone. A free Bridgly account removes the limit and starts with 100 credits.

Can I get this data through an API?

Yes. This tool runs on the Bridgly X (Twitter) API. The /x/get-tweet-detail endpoint returns the same data as JSON, and is also available through the TypeScript SDK, the CLI and an MCP server for AI agents.
